Digitalising the experience of getting into venues and storing e-tickets for every event
THE PROBLEM
Holding onto tickets to get into venues for major events can be a real hassle, especially when dealing with large amounts of tickets. The revolutionary online ticket wallet aims to digitalise this experience by storing all cards in a user's phone, all accessible at the click of a button
Currently, fans who buy tickets for games have a hard time storing multiple tickets, as well as being able to manage their tickets when it comes to transferring to or receiving tickets from friends and family. We want to empower the user to have full control over their online tickets and provide a smooth and seamless experience when getting into venues.

KEY GOAL
To give user's the chance to store all tickets in one place, and have the power to manage their tickets
OBJECTIVE
- Enhance the match day experience when entering venues to be quick and easy
- Provide the option for users to manage their tickets, via transfer and redeem codes
- To be able to store a wide range of tickets on their online wallet, including regular tickets, season tickets and memberships
WIREFRAMES
The ticket wallet should be able to be customisable depending on the client, and the templates should be able to be styled using specific branding across multiple clients.
BRENTFORD FOOTBALL CLUB
- The ticket wallet is designed to be used by a range of different clients. They can choose to include or exclude as many features as they want, but the components can be styled with specific branding easily.
- Brentford will be one of the first clients to use the new ticket wallet
- They do not use memberships, so memberships have been excluded from their product
THE HUNDRED
The ticket wallet app has already been rolled out to other major clients such as The Hundred, who used the app during its 2022 summer tournament.
The following screens detail how the templates can be styled with specific branding depending on the client, and how features can be adapted depending on the technical constraints that each client has. As such, the ticket wallet template has been proven to fit a range of different needs and be fully customisable depending on a client's needs.
SUMMARY
The new ticket wallet completely empowers fans to have full access and control of their online tickets for every event. They are able to view all tickets associated with their accounts, and have the power to distribute and receive tickets, all in the same hub. This central hub helps fans organise themselves before events, and make sure that their matchday experiences are as smooth as possible.
